create a new user profile on their PC (seems a bit overkill but they wouldn't lose any data, so why not) empty auto-complete list, disable and enable the feature So far, i did not find this exact issue on a google search, perhaps i am searching for the wrong terms (i am not a native speaker). there are 3 affected users out of ~ 50 total every user has access to a lot of delegate mailboxes, up to 8 per user the environment is Office 2016 in Online mode (Exchange Cache mode turned off) with an On-Prem Exchange 2016 Server. While the Auto-Complete Feature is obviously in no way meant for important data, this is very strange behaviour and i'd like to find the reason instead of telling them to create contacts for the addresses they have issues with. Meanwhile Address D Auto-Complete works perfectly fine at another users PC. A,B and C will always work and the issue with Address D can always be reproduced. Address A, B and C Autocomplete is working, Address D is either not working at all or working until they restart Outlook. Some users have an issue with the Auto-Complete feature in outlook, where it is working in general (for 99 % of the communication partners) but some addresses never seem to be added to the list. While i will likely have to break that rule anyway, i'd like to at least have a reasonable plan of action. I am kind of asking this question "beforehand" because i have not been able to recreate the issue and i have been told that there is no room for testing with the affected users.
